That response is totally incorrect - and typical of how the office is now run. I arrived early for my appointment - and have never been late to any appointment with this office. And I was told PA Erin (who my appt was with - not Dr. Cain) was on the telephone. I was told several times she'd be 5 minutes - which dragged on and on and on. I received a call from the 'office manager' but did not receive any contact from Dr. Cain. I would have been MORE than happy to speak with her.
