Gone there a few months now for my throat, and they are amazing, very comfortable office, and very nice employees would recommend anyone to this amazing place
This place is an absolute joke.... God I hope some competition comes to Durango. Approximately 2 weeks after my Dr sent the order over I called and got a very unpleasant lady who said " it takes us weeks just to get to the order, then we'll call". Four months and two calls later still no answer. Drive to Avon and will do so from here on out.
If it was possible to leave no stars it would be appropriate. My doctor sent over a referral/order to see this doc as a preventative check prior to surgery. Their office staff said it takes 2-3 weeks just to sort orders. That sounds like poor staffing. After 6 weeks and zero calls I had to push my surgery and drive up to the Vail Valley just to see a doctor. Avoid at ALL costs.
My contact with this practice has been limited to Breanna, the front desk person who obviously does much more than answer phones, and the Audiologist, Lua. They were able to find me affordable hearing aids and deal with hearing and fitting needs. Breanna took the time to track shipping on ear molds the day before I left on a six week vacation. I doubt many businesses would extend the services that were extended, a I speak from experience.
Not entirely sure why this office is receiving such negative ratings for ensuring protocols are met with professionalism and courtesy; Google reviews is not the place for biased false vendettas. Southwestern Co ENT is a facility which provides care to everyone, especially vulnerable populations that are most in need (children, elderly, and cancer patients).
