Dr Rachel Cain was fantastic and my experience at SW ENT was 5 star. Had an Inspire operation to now allow me to breath and sleep better because of Sleep Apnea issues. Dr Cain walked me thru the process and answered all my questions prior to op. During and after op her team was excellent. Thank you !!
I lost my left hearing aid at the Denver Airport. With the aid of SW CO E. N. &T, especially their front office receptionist, Kim, I was provided a replacement hearing aid that got me by while I was on a month long trip. Today kim attached the ear mold and made sure that it was properly fitted. I would recommend this office for your Adiology needs.

In early 2026 I was referred to the "Southwest Colorado ENT Specialty Clinic" in Durango at Mercy Hospital for a vertigo/balance related issue. I requested an appointment with Dr. Schackel or Dr. Cain, the two physicians listed on their website. After a multi-week wait and only several days before the appointment, I found out the appointment was instead with a PA.
