The individual, a lady, who picked up the phone, possibly the receptionist, displayed extreme rudeness. One of the worst interactions displayed in my professional career. My intention was solely to confirm whether the listed number belonged to Southwestern Bag Co. However, she remained silent initially, only to abruptly yell, "Can I help you? multiple times" without addressing my inquiry. This frustrating interaction persisted for over a minute.
