Totally agree with previous reviews. Terrible customer service. I bought two radiology machines from them within a 12 year period and at that time the customer service was great. I recently had a terrible experience with them as they wouldn't return any of my phone calls. After 4 weeks of my machine being inoperable, they referred me to another company.
