This Volvo dealer refuses to give you the part numbers of your truck. I've had a Volvo for over 20 years, and all Volvo dealers give you part numbers. Even the Vanguard in other states gives you part numbers, I had to call Vanguard in Phoenix to ask for the part number while I was talking to the seller parts guy who refused to give me the part number. How stupid is that?. It is the truck owner's right to know all information about their truck.
