We bought some parts and they were fast and helpful.
They installed the new software, corrected the error codes that were appearing on the truck's dashboard (which were deactivated and showing a number of false faults), and cleared all the error codes, leaving the system updated. They fixed the taillights and corrected the taillight malfunctions. The electrical connection in the cab is not working because the truck did not come with a factory-installed inverter to provide power to those access points. This Volvo dealer refuses to give you the part numbers of your truck. I've had a Volvo for over 20 years, and all Volvo dealers give you part numbers. Even the Vanguard in other states gives you part numbers, I had to call Vanguard in Phoenix to ask for the part number while I was talking to the seller parts guy who refused to give me the part number. How stupid is that?. It is the truck owner's right to know all information about their truck.
