I cant say enough good things about the service department here! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to take care of me. My car had a major issue, and even though its well past the factory warranty, they dug deeper and discovered the repair was fully covered under the emissions warranty. Disgusting Thieves - Avoid at All Costs!I had the misfortune of dealing with this car dealership, and I can confidently say they are nothing but a bunch of con-men. Ive been searching for a new VW vehicle for over a week and found that Volkswagen of New Port Richey had two listings that matched what I was looking for. Wanting to be thorough, I called the dealership and gave them two different stock numbers to confirm availability. Waited 3 weeks for repair, nothing was done. Repair was evac pump replacement ofnder warranty on my vw. Called multiple times for the update and because they don't call you. This place don't care.
I would stay away from this location. If services are needed on your vehicle be prepared to be left hanging and to chase anyone down to even find out what is going on. Seems like its a 1 man show and hes too busy to call his customers. Takes days/weeks to get any response. Horrible customer service and zero follow through on their end. Was looking for a new home dealership with my new car, but this is not the location to use.

This company has been taking advantage of me for years I need to put this complaint because sense aug 2008 I have been having Pohanka service my car and each time it cost a high price. Im filing this complaint because I just paid in Nov 15 2024 $4097.98 for service on my trasmission.I did put over 100 miles from this time. I went here for my free oil change. I was told that I needed a new battery asap. I refused their offer and took it to ************************* to have battery checked to see if in fact I needed a battery. I was told that the battery was fully charged. I then took it to ******* with the same outcome. Do not, and I repeat, do not take their word that you need work done!!! Take it somewhere else to get a second opinion! I can't stress this enough!
