UNFORTUNATELY, SOUTHWEST VW HAS THE MONOPOLY IN THE LAFAYETTE MARKET AND BECAUSE OF THIS THEY CAN SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS IN SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP WHEN FIXING / SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE. I PURCHANED MY VW BEETLE AND MOVED TO LAFAYETTE. HAD I KNOWN THAT, NOT ALL VW SERVICE CENTERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HAD KNOWLEDGEABLE MECHANICS I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A VW BEETLE. sales suck!! people are horrible here!! I bought a 2019 VW Tiguan from north Louisiana, (check engine light came on), so i bought it to closest dealer there was which is this one. Walked in didnt even greet me...greeted myself...once i said i bought the car elsewhere HE DIDNT WANT TO MESS WITH ME AT ALL.
