Honestly it's hit and miss in there. Some staff are incredibly nice, while others are super rude. It really just depends on what time of day and who's there. We took our bunny to be put down, she was old and wasn't doing well. The staff that took care of us were genuinely nice. However, the staff that took care of another client were insanely rude. I could not believe how he was being spoke to, I would be super upset if that was the way we had been taken care of.
