They are rude and ignore their phones when frustrated. I called because I just couldn't log into my account they kept trying to transfer me to the pay line when I clearly said I just needed help with the account. I tried to call back and they either were declining the call or transferring me im not sure I got a different person everytime and each one irritated it seemed.
