My family had recently went to a wedding in Tucson where my daughter was to play the cello. No way was I going to fly with a cello. Called Southwest Strings and talked with customer service about renting one. They offered to allow us to do a approval. When we arrived, two of the customer service people went out of their way to gather 5 different cello's to have my daughter review.
