We specifically asked about a specific case before placing the order because every other store we tried have lied about there stock as well. Because we need to ship the case internationally it is a very expensive exercise to keep being refunded if a case is not in stock. We were assured the case is in stock... When placing the order, suddenly there were no stock!
I don’t know how you’ve managed to make available the printed material I‘ve needed at ridiculously lower prices AND deliver them so quickly w/o a shipping fee. But you have!! Thank you for you being outrageously awesome. 👏 👏 👏
Southwest Strings has the best customer service. Margarite was most helpful when I called. They're always helpful and quick to answer any questions! They've got a wide selection of products, bows and instruments. I will always shop and seek their guidance

My thumbs up to Southwest Strings. I made an order online and their package was delivered to my mailbox but before I get it, the mailbox was broke in and the package was stolen. I called police and USPS but nothing was accomplished till I called Southwest strings and they were so nice and graciously agreed to replaced the merchandise. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Very poor customer service. I ordered a violin from southweststring for my son and it arrived but its so tiny! Yes i dont know the size because i was not told by his teachers the right size as we are not violin people. I called sws customer service and he says since its my fault they wont credit me back for the return shipping cost to exchange for a bigger one. No thanks just refund me if you will not credit me for shipping and i will go buy it from someplace else. Oh and they even charge for a return label! I think this is ... read more
