Every time I speak with your agents, they are always very helpful and professional. I spoke with Joy today, and she was very polite, kind, and helpful. Thank you for the great customer service.
I wanted to share that Aileen was very cooperative and willing to help me with my issue of moving in.
Excellent, courteous customer service. Thank you, Ruth. Added: Google doesn't let me offer a >new< review, once I've posted a previous one, so I'll add to this: Compliments and thanks to A.J. for quick, friendly, helpful service.
I wanted to share that Maggie was very cooperative and willing to help me solve my problem of choosing a bigger unit than the one I had reserved.
Stellar customer service. KO is a throwback to the days when excellent customer service was a given. Clean, conveniently located facilities. We've had excellent experience for 11 years at this location.
