Very professional, hopeful and positive spine and sports clinic. I was in so much pain with 7 collapsed vertebrae. I have no pain, no drugs, and I am able to resume nearly normal activities. Thank you! Pat.
They forgot to authorize my prescription through the insurance company and a medicine that I've been on for two years that I take every day they let me run out of. then they wouldn't fill out the paperwork for two days so I've been going through with drawls then they didn't mark urgent on the paperwork so now the insurance company says they can take up to 72 hours before I get any medicine! Then the doctors at Southwest Spine and sport said if I feel really bad I should just go to the emergency room! they just don't care!
