Casey is amazing has all the answers and if not she gets to you quickly. Very friendly also.
I developed a very painful stiff neck. Stiffness felt for over a week & then extreme pain hit like a bolt of lightening. Needed quick help & Southwest was less than a mile away with good reviews. Very impressed with the employees and apparent concern. XRays taken & my spine and neck issues were explained fully by Ron, however, an MRI was needed for a more complete diagnosis. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Each person I met made me feel right at home. I received X-RAYS as well as education. I am so glad I chose Southwest Spine and Rehab. I chose the Tempe office. I believe there is one in Mesa. I will definitely refer my friends, family and other athletes.
