Dr. Steve has been great with our sons & I! He takes time to know his patients, not just their spine. Both chiropractors are knowledgeable & give quality care. Staff is friendly & professional. Service with a smile is everywhere at Southwest Spine!

I have been going to Dr. Steve for about 5 years now. I have had a spinal fusion done about 15 years ago and have monthly adjustment done to keep everything adjusted correctly. I can still lead an active life thanks to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain . His staff is friendly and helpful also.

Outstanding service! Dr. Awwad is amazing! Not only do you receive adjustments you're informed on what exercises to do to keep aligned. 20 years of going to the chiropractor and this place is the best!
They put hubby back on his feet, literally. :) Also fixed my neck and severe pain I was having frequently that was putting me out of commission for several days/month. I thought it was my fibromyalgia that was causing it. I still have fibro, but the pain isn't anywhere near what I had been suffering. Much of it was caused by the compressed disks in my neck. I go every 4 weeks and whenever I have severe pain. Keeps me going!
