I will give this company credit for quick shipping and good packaging. But customer service is very poor. I ordered a driveshaft and it came with a defective slip yoke. I called to get a new yoke. He seemed disinterested in seeing a photo of the yoke’s defect and told me (after suggesting it was UPS or the mechanic working on it caused the issue) that I can ship it back to him and he would ship it to their supplier for a new one. I ordered spring purchase from them, put them on the first day. One of the spring purchase bent very easily must not have been heat treated properly They cost me over $100 when I sent it back they charged me $90 restocking fee
Horrible. Purchased a 9" Ford 3rd member Posi Trac Loc. Once installed filled with proper gear oil and friction modifier took for test drive. Loud noise coming from unit. I called for some tech help and person was very rude, he did have me recheck pinion angles which I did and still loud noise. Had two different mechanics look at it and both said bad ring and pinion. Called back got rude guy and explained again what was going on. He was no help at all, would not replace or repair. That guy need's to be fired and I hate sayin... read more
Driveshaft came in in great condition but had a ribration. Called southwest speed I got there was something wrong with my installation not the Driveshaft. So no help at all. After working on it for several more hours found factory installed universal joint was installed backwards and grease fitting was hitting pinion nut. Wouldn't recommend this business.
Bought a drive shaft. Installed it it broke into three pieces! I contacted Toby. Very rude and condescending. Refusing to return my money or replace driveshaft! Stay far away from this place they sell garbage products and don't stand behind them . BEWARE!
I bought items from their eBay store and they never came. I opened a case and they called eBay directly to have my case closed only hours after I opened it and somehow got my eBay feedback erased. I only picked them because they had 100% feedback on eBay, but now I know that they are manipulating ebays system. I don’t know what to do. A man called and yelled at me and called me a b*tch for leaving negative feedback. Very abusive and hostile. Please someone tell me how to get my money back?
