To make sure we did everything needed, to ensure the spa ran correctly, we wanted to have it inspected. As there wasn’t any Spa Repair Companies up there, I had to reach out to a local AZ company and see what it would cost to have them come up (approx 3 1/2 hours) and conduct an inspection. I had the absolute WORST experience with your repairman Dean. After the run around he gave me and his unprofessionalism and inexperience with hot tub repair, I would NEVER hire this company again. BEWARE people!!
I cannot say enough how happy I am with my decision to choose Southwest for my spa. Aside from the quality of my Amore Bay I want to say a huge thank you to Melinda and Lisa for all the help as well as technical support that you have given to me.
