Dr Ramnath is so knowledgeable, honest, and inspires confidence. They told me exactly what was going on, didn't pressure & have answered every question & concern. Every member of the staff I've encountered is very nice, extremely helpful & obviously likes working there. They told me what to do, expect & not to do. I followed & the whole procedure & healing have been flawless.
I came early as instructed only to sit and wait S the office was closed then ended up waiting another 40 minutes to be taken back to a room to wait additional time to be called for x-rays. Also they have front desk when you come in the office but you have to go through the heavy door. I had no issues with the door but a patient with a walker needed help to have the door opened for her.
Very impressed with seeing Dr. Ramnath. He was excellent. Very clear and detailed and answered all my questions in a way I totally understood. The staff from the front desk, x-ray tech, PA all made you feel welcome and comfortable. Appointment was quick to schedule.
