Horrible service. They accepted my money for delivery, sent a driver who didn't bring the right equipment to unload, and then just drove away. Zero follow-up. When I called them out on it, they gave me an ultimatum: go pick it up myself, or pay a return shipping fee to get a refund for an item they failed to deliver. Unbelievable scam. They trap you into paying for services they can't actually perform. Save your sanity and go literally anywhere else.
