Unprofessional-Looks like homeless guys were asked to help do a job, they show up unannounced looking like they crawled out of a shelter with whatever they had on the last night. You have no idea they work for SWRR LLC, until you see the trucks. But by then they are already on the roof. Asked multiple times to check in with the office, yet nothing. The only way we know they are here is when you hear foot steps above your head. No communication what so ever with the workers. they do what they want when they want.WE WANT TO BE... read more
I emailed them. I received a response "...your house this coming Friday 09-17-2021 between **** PM..."The tech. did not show at 2:00 p.m.. There was no answer to my phone call, message left at 4:00 p.m., I have received no calls or an email as of Monday, at 4:00 p.m.I am going to call and email a cancellation.
