Very professional and kind. I was treated with respect and dignity as a human being. They catered to all of my needs. They also made sure that my prosthetic fit well and proper and showed me how to use it. I want to thank them all for what they have done for me . The product is very durable and easy to install. Still have questions on the bands. But Ron's communication is very good and he said he would come to fix it personally. Great product!
