Rude, unprofessional and lazy from the top down. If you're looking for some hillbillies to ruin your property and anger all of your tennats then you've come to the right place. If you're looking for someone competent you will absolutely need to go elsewhere. Worst experience with a property management company I've ever had in my life in any country. Sent me a text message soliciting to buy a home that I have never owned, like I approached them. Very unethical behavior. I get enough robo calls now text ? What's next ?
Writing a review for the Prescott office (as a former renter). They charge ridiculous cleaning fees upon leaving ($175 without any carpet cleaning). After being told that I left the condo in good shape, they took that out of my deposit for cleaning an 800 sq ft. place. They are ok just realize that they will take you for that. Maybe I should go into the house cleaning business! EVEN if it took 3 hours to polish up the 35 yr old bathrooms, that would be over $50 an hour. Nice $!
