Southwest property Property Sales and Leasing utilizes Desert Wide Properties, INC for their rentals. It seems that these 2 companies don’t care about tenants. They do not hold the home owners responsible on making sure the homes are to code before leashing even though there is a yearly inspection that the tenant has to pay for. Rude, unprofessional and lazy from the top down. If you're looking for some hillbillies to ruin your property and anger all of your tennats then you've come to the right place. If you're looking for someone competent you will absolutely need to go elsewhere. Worst experience with a property management company I've ever had in my life in any country.
