Original review has removed. Southwest property sales and leasing utilized Desert Wide For their rentals. All prevoius greivances have been resolved. It may have taken longer than i wanted, but everything was might 100% right.
Southwest property Property Sales and Leasing utilizes Desert Wide Properties, INC for their rentals. It seems that these 2 companies don’t care about tenants. They do not hold the home owners responsible on making sure the homes are to code before leasing even though there is a yearly inspection that the tenant has to pay for. Do not waste your time using either of the companies mentioned. I've been waiting over a month for a maintenance request to be answered.
