When you are interviewing for front desk staff, please include them in the interview, and please don't rush the applicant or make them fill out a redundant application with info that's already on their resume. Have the courtesy to let those that have taken the time to come to your business and interview know that they have not been selected, which is a saving grace in my instance. RecommendedMy child has seen all of the pediatricians at Southwest Peds and I trust all of their medical judgement. Dr. Elahi is patient and kind, Dr. Dong has a great bedside manner, and makes visits fun, and Dr. Hineline is very smart, with excellent judgment and skill. The support staff is kind and personable. I love this place!!! I fully trust the care my child receives at Southwest Peds.
Have taken our daughter to Hineline/Dong since she was released from NICU over 7 years ago. Have always been very happy with the care she has recieved!
Southwest pediatrics offers compassionate care to patients. They always are sure to bring you at ease with the care of your kiddo! From the front desk, nurses and doctors here you're family.
The front desk staff is very impatient, short, and unprofessional. We have been seeing Dr. Elahi for 7 years and he is truly caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his front desk staff doesn't meet the same level of service and passion.
Dr. Hineline REFUSED to see my 6 month foster baby who had 101 temperature. He had his 4 month and 6 month checkups with her and when I made an appointment a week ahead of time and brought her my sick baby but they REFUSED to see him because of either their insurance changed or my DSHS changed. I am still unclear of whatever has changed but I am DISGUSTED with their LACK OF COMPASSION in the health care industry!!!
