I am very unhappy with the my son's experience with Southwest Pediatric Orthodontics. After his braces were removed my son lost his retainer during the first month after having his braces removed. I took him in immediately to get a new retainer. However, it took two months for him to receive a new retainer because Southwest Pediatric Orthodontics broke the retainer mold.
