Dr. Seena Patel is not worth your time. No integrity at all. Painful experience 3months waiting and turned out she couldn’t wait to sell her appliance. She brushed off my concerns and said that “everyone has TMJ” and that all I need is to wear a splint forever. She claimed she studied TMJ, but when I met her, she sounded more like a salesperson than a doctor. She didn’t listen, because she already had a fixed idea of how to sell more. Avoid this place at all costs and definitely don’t sign anything! I was told to sign a form which stated my insurance only covers one out of the several trigger point injections in the series. Signing it was agreeing that I’d pay out of pocket for the trigger point injections “not covered.” 4 injections and $672 later, I checked with my insurance and they said that if the doctor had submitted a pre authorization the injections would’ve been fully covered. I need to learn to read reviews before I go. Same as most. Said insurance will cover most. In fact the last visit was told I may even get $$ back. 7 months later surprise $1200 bill. I checked with my insurance and BCBS said they never contacted to see what was covered. Choose another place to go. I sure won't be back. I also agree with how rude they all are at that office.
I highly recommend going somewhere else. I don’t have anything good to say about this practice
