Although the wait time was lengthy, the staff was excellent. The doctor was fantastic, conducting a thorough examination, asking insightful questions, and attentively listening to my responses. He also carefully reviewed the medical records I provided, demonstrating a genuine interest in my medical history. Went in for visit was referred to another doctor they suggested called several times because I needed a referral and they never sent one over if u want expensive shots and devices put in your body then this is the place other than that look else where
I have been seeing Doctor Roland for 8 years now... He is one doctor that will listen to what you to say... He is one of the best doctors around..
The ladies who are in charge of scheduling patients never call back. They seem not to care if anyone is in pain. Bad customer service
Staff and doctors don't really seem to care about patients and waiting 2 days to get a prescription called in. Not impressed.
