Yesterday I called and spoke to the repair person and was told they could come by to pick up my edger today and would call first. Today a young man called and asked if he could come by and see my equipment. about 45 minutes later he arrived and told me he would see if he could fix the problem at my house. Well he disassembled the carburetor as the needle valve was stuck. He cleaned it out and reassembled everything. I can not say enough good things about this young(18 y/o) man. Got my mower up and running like it first did, the price was way more affordable then the other guys in town. Excellent customer service. I will sincerely be back if I have problems in the future.
Needed a part for my mower. He had the only correct one. This was the first time I went there. Before I go to big box stores I'll be going back to Southwest Outdoor Power.
