Yesterday I called and spoke to the repair person and was told they could come by to pick up my edger today and would call first. Today a young man called and asked if he could come by and see my equipment. about 45 minutes later he arrived and told me he would see if he could fix the problem at my house. Well he disassembled the carburetor as the needle valve was stuck. He cleaned it out and reassembled everything. I can not say enough good things about this young(18 y/o) man.
