I have visited Dr. John Nowell twice - knowledgeable and very friendly - gives every issue his full attention. Lovely staff.
Problems and more Problems. I ordered and paid for my new glasses and frames. Once I picked them up and they were not correct missing the transition lenses. They argued with me. They finally agreed to replace them and advised me to return the frames and I would have them by Today. Now not till Monday. That’s a problem because I can see to do my job efficiently. When asked to have the be doctor call me I was told it was his day off and he would get the message when he gets in and he does not respond to patients on his day off... read more
I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially with kids. My daughter is 4 years old and always has huge anxiety when going in to doctors offices. She was very nevervous going in but the staff mage her feel at ease. They had her looking at different shapes like it was a game. She had a visuon test done and it was determined that she didn't need glasses. When she walked out the room she was skipping with joy. My daughter was here in Orlando to compete at worlds cheer leading competition. Her contacts ripped. She didn’t have a extra pair with her We contacted this office and they was able to help us out!! Thank you so much for helping my daughter out today!! Everyone was so nice and really helped her in our emergency. She was able to compete and see clearly. You guys are the best!! 5⭐️
Thank you Dr. Nowell for educating me on cross-linking to treat keratoconus and about sclera lenses available to correct my vision. I took your advice and the difference is amazing! I met Dr. Konynenbelt for fitting of sclera lenses and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Also, Yesenia Z was awesome and very patient with me as I was learning how to put on and take off the sclera lenses. Very good experience at SOEC!
