If I could give her 1 start I would to have a person so rude at the front desk is horrible three weeks waiting for appointment and they don’t care horrible customer service
I visited Dr. Neil Ybanez for my 6 month followup appt. I am So Grateful and Blessed to continue being cared for by Him. He's Always patient, thorough, and Kind. He takes time to listen and answer any questions or concerns...even if they're not related to Nephrology! Even when I'm not being the most "compliant", he doesn't get frustrated...he Gently Redirects me, which helps me process everything easier! His Team members are very supportive and friendly! Front desk lady extremely rude with an unnecessarily nasty attitude. I have been bringing my mom here for years and it is the same thing every time not just to us as I have heard her have the same attitude with other patients as we sit in the lobby. Doctor is great though.
