Wow. It's amazing to see the difference between a good and a horrible property manager. They do things right and they aren’t just out to take your security deposit. They are fair, informative, and truly do things the right way. It’s nice to have a property manager that cares about the tenant AND not just the landlord. It’s a night and day difference.
