I recently purchased a new CavCo mobile home from Paul and he was very helpful throughout the escrow process, the site work/installation, and subsequent walk through. As with anything new there were minor product flaws that Ruben, the Cavco tech remedied in one visit. I would not hesitate to buy a home through Paul/Southwest. It has been only 6 weeks and all is good so far.
After spending 350k you would think you could get a call back. Paul has constantly ignored all forms of communication. 4 phone calls and 2 emails. Buy your unit somewhere else, where customer service does not stop once they get paid.
Working with Paul Robles has been a joy!! He has followed through with every promise he made to my client, and went above and beyond to make the sale go smoothly. His communication standards are exceptional. He kept me apprised of every development during our transaction...no surprises. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new manufactured home!
