The medical system offered In Las Vegas should be considered horrible and against the law. Our health doesn't seem to have any priority at all. After waiting 3 mths for my follow up appointment I get a voicemail stating my apt needs to be rescheduled as the doctor won't be available in that day. To add to it, I have to call and speaker to the workers who apparently if u don't tell them exactly what to do and how to do they don't see the task. Excellent service I would refer this to anyone that wants good professional healthcare service
This is the most garbage "healthcare" place I've ever been to. They don't call back. They give referrals NO ONE, not even their own company will take. They have you sign up for a place you can message the PA (Because of course you can't see a doctor) but they never message back. All they have done is cause me stress which is typical of Nevada agencies. I made a big mistake choosing health plan of Nevada, United health care for insurance.
