I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Southwest Medical. I went in for help with severe back pain during pregnancy, and instead of being offered safe, thoughtful options like physical therapy or other supportive treatments, the doctor suggested steroids—even after I explained I was pregnant. Waiting long time in the call more then 1 hour
The medical system offered In Las Vegas should be considered horrible and against the law. Our health doesn't seem to have any priority at all. After waiting 3 mths for my follow up appointment I get a voicemail stating my apt needs to be rescheduled as the doctor won't be available in that day. To add to it, I have to call and speaker to the workers who apparently if u don't tell them exactly what to do and how to do they don't see the task.
