I was not feeling well. I went in Sunday morning. The whole staff from the front desk, X-ray -tech, nurses, medical staff and the doctor were Awesome. They made sure I feel better. Great team thank so much !!!
So,why one is missing because last yr when I went customer service lady was very rude and told me they do not take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket I was there and I needed to be taken care. 🤔 why did she do this? Well she just being lazy or did she need some money? My bill came it wasn't too bad so I just made payments. I’m here for a stat ultrasound of lower extremity per my doctor orders . When I arrived I was the only patient in the waiting room then four other people came, and they called them to the back first before me and I have been sitting there. After 40 minutes, I finally get called back I give the urine sample and I’m still waiting for the doctor. It’s been an hour. This service is very unacceptable. Took our daughter here this morning. Great service and experience. They did everything they needed to do in the same location. Five stars to all the professionals (from triage to discharge) who took good care of our daughter. Thank you very, very much!!
