The worst worst clinic provider in las vegas, doesn't matter if you have appointment or not, they take long, long long period of time to provide services, today I took almost 2 hours to get vaccine for my 11 years old kid, and nothing, they pass first people after me, I was first and was the last, I had to leave the clinic, and make another appo!! Been going to the same doctor, doctor khursheeda Pathan for my kids for years and she’s amazing and actually takes the time with you, listens to all our concerns she’s very professional. The front desk ladies are always very nice.
It felt as though there was a lack of empathy from our doctor when asking personal questions.
They expect patients to get in 30 mins before appointment only to have you wait for an entire hour and half before they take you back and have you wait even more to even be seen!! I get it office gets back up but where is the communication!! Everyone’s time is valuable they cancel your appointment if you run 15 mins late but they don’t seem to show the same respect for our time I never had this issue with the other locations!!
