It's usually fairly fast compared to other UC. They have X-ray and a lab in the same facility. It is very close to my house and my other doctors are in the same building. I like the waiting room because is big with a lot of seating. The parking lot is very close to the door. Very convenient and clean.
I went for my annual gynecological visit, Southwest Assoc. assigned me Dr. Brandi Jeffries and she charged my insurance for two office visits and me a co-pay, when normally I don't have one. I found out online, she isn't even a gynecologist, she's an MD. So she charged for both a medical appointment and a gynecologist appt. which she didn't even do a best exam. Easy $1000.00 for her and Southwest Associates. Last time I will ever go there.
