SW medical is very good. BUT, They send a survey that is cumbersome, excessively repetitious, and way too long. And they didn't even give me a chance to write a summary opinion at the end. Who does these surveys? Qualtrics? how did they get to be billionaires when they are so incompetent.????

Front desk, doctors, and the call center do not communicate. Asked for fmla documents in February, but I never received a call back that they were ready to be picked up. The call center said they checked with the front desk, and they would call me. It's May and the doctor finally asks if I received my documents and if everything went well. No!
