Great Experience. Easy check in and very minimal waiting time. Everyone was nice and at tentative. Dr. Fleek was great! He had a nice sense of humor and he really cared about helping me!
2017/The lady at the check in was friendly but after that it all down hill. The doctor was horrible. Her exact words to me was I don't give out antibiotics to anyone and I am sick my self. I felt like who is the patient here. I am still feeling terrible heading to my doctor in about an hour. Since I know I follow up with my primary doctor because she didn't tell me to and I feel the same as when I left this facility. I googled if Southwest takes blue cross blue shield insurance. It stated that they do, so I went in, I waited in line for a while for nothing because they don't take it. If you have blue cross, don't bother coming here.
