This is the third time coming to this ER for my husband. We travel all the way from Breaux Bridge to come to this ER. How do I rate it? Clean fast and efficient. The staff are awesome and professional. But one nurse that stood out the most was a Nurse called Sarah. We started calling her our angel nurse . We had to wait for a room to be assigned for my husband at the sister hospital and Sarah made sure that we were comfortable during our wait. Came on the ambulance at 945 pm its now 12:30 am no one check on you i seen 4 folks leave but still hasnt came i hate this hospital there rude and dont care for patients er wise
Worst ER staff. Wouldn't even assist with urinal, 2 of the nurses paying more attention to their phone, than anything else. Told them needed the bathroom, said it's on the side of the bed. If it's not the Dr's who don't care it trickle down to the nurses. Just sad the type of care you have to pay for. There worried about my profile picture, should have took a picture of the nurses playing on there phones🤨🤨
Mom was abused forced to sit in her urine and bowls for periods of time. Told she stunk because of a matter with the bowels. By a CNA do not bring your people here because the nurses do not care or the one I spoke to didn't. She didn't say sorry or anything. Poor bedside manner.
