This office/facility showed tremendous lack of competency in compassion, patience, and overall care for their patients. I was blown away with how rude they were with elderly patients and it was clearly audible from the waiting room that staff was speaking ill and they thought was humorous to speak to and treat the patients in such a poor manner.
