I have purchased 11 different makes and models of Kia from Southwest Kia. The staff from the salesmen to the finance people and the service department are all helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had any problems with any of the vehicles I have purchased. Kia is the working man's car.
spent 11+ years in the car business. I was the top Buick salesman in the Dallas zone in 1980. Later I sold Cadillacs. Cadillac has extremely high customer service standards. All of which served to make me picky and not easy to satisfy. Kelsy and all of the rest of the sales, service, and parts staff do an excellent job of provding high quality customer service.
