They showed up on time and did the work. It was a little over priced considering I had one zone to be blown out. My frustration with this company has been paying them. I hired them because they accept credit cards. I asked the tech to send me the bill and he said I would have it by the end of the day and I never received it. I then got a call from a lady in the company saying I needed to pay my bill because it was past due. I explained to her that it would have been paid if they sent me the invoice. She said I would have it ... read more

As I don't know who contacted you saying you needed to pay and promised you the invoice as I am the only one who deals with invoices and people paying the bills. Please be leary of anyone posing as Southwest Irrigation. As I would be the only one who contacts you. Although it was nice being able to meet you in person as we had never had the chance to meet at the time of service. I hope you have an amazing winter.

Southwest was very responsive via phone and was able to expedite winterizing our sprinklers before the early winter storm. In fact, the sprinklers were finished only 5 hours after our initial phone conversation. Payment online was fast and easy. I recommend and will use them next year.
