Came out to blow out sprinklers but we couldn't find the control box - my fault not theirs. Charged me a reduced trip charge - nice - and said would return when I found the controls. Found it and called them twice with no response, not even a sorry can't do it. Bad form and not conducive to future business. Calling other companies.

Alan, We do apologize for the confusion on our end on this situation. Had a few family emergencies within the company and then we closed for the Thanksgiving holiday week. We can still help you out on the winterizing of the sprinkler if you need. Again we are deeply sorry for our mishandling of your calls for our return service this year. We will be reaching out to you if you need us.
