The answering service to get a message to a nurse or doctor is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Sometimes I call at 8 or 9 in the morning for an appt and won’t get a call back until closing time...God forbid you call back between then to see why they haven’t called bc the rudeness you encounter or the excuses of how many people they serve, is hateful!! I AM one of those people you’re supposedly serving!!!! Once you get IN to see the doctor, treatment is impeccable and in a very timely fashion. They give you all the time and attention ... read more
