Good professional service
I received a notice on my door today in a neighborhood that states no solicitation allowed. I called the number provided on the pamphlet to inquire about being taken off the solicitation path, and the man I asked promptly scoffed and hung up in the middle of my inquiry. The representative's name was Seyon. I found this to be completely unprofessional. Spoke with Tony about locating the gas valve for my street lamp. He was quick to respond and let me text him photos to confirm I was locating the right valve. Great experience.
Tony was awesome. Came out and installed a gas fireplace in less than a days notice and got it done in 5 mins at a fraction of the cost of competitors. It was easy to communicate with Tony through text. Appreciate the great and quick service.
Put in a request for gas logs on Tuesday evening, they responded Wednesday morning and by Thursday I had brand new gas logs installed. I was able to communicate with the installer easily via text. Prices were considerably better than one of their competitors with higher ratings and install was free of charge. The installer was super friendly, installed everything in under 30min and answered all our questions. Super pleased with the start to finish experience.
