I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one. I have left messages weeks ago, no call back. Never heard of a dr office that does not answer phone, hpgoes straight to say mailbox is full. Will look fo another dr. This is no way to treat patients
I was suppose to have an endoscopy done by this group but because of the incompetent unprofessional front desk personnel it never happened. I chose to be proactive and do self help for my medical problems and found a more caring and professional doctor to perform my procedure in a more timely matter. A doctor who was more interested in helping me then worrying about an unbillable diagnosis. My recommendation is be proactive and find another practice to help you.
