Worst utilities company ever! It should be illegal how they treat people who need their service. They wouldn't let me change my bank account info online or over the phone. I didn't know which bank account was correct and I chose the wrong one. Now they won't let me use a bank account, charging me more every month to pay by card. If you are late just once or twice they make you pay almost a hundred dollar deposit. I don't know how they get away with charging the poor who need utilities like this. Like every where else it’s only long 800 numbers or websites. Customer service is dead!
What happened to the customer service skills the only person helpful is Jasper when I call... Everyone else is rude and unprofessional I've never had an issue til now. Southwest gas fix your issues 💯 learn to give right information instead of lying to people.
Terrible customer service Unwilling to help And kept getting cut off during the call, ended up having to pay another previous residents bill because they didn't close the account when we called ahead of time to change addresses.
