Worst ever!!! We have 3 special needs kids and when we started renting at this place the technician came out and said that because it was too hot during the time he came out that once it gets to the colder time of year to have them come back out FREE of charge to finish the job! We even called last month and the lady even said just call when we are ready because it has to be same day service!!! Southwest gas came out promptly and did a great inspection on our gas line. Professional and experienced. I’d like to say Jasmine and Paul are great people, and you felt safe in there care of my furnace. Thank you Southwest gas for having such kind reliable people working for you:)
Unfortunately I forgot my dispatchers name but she was exceptional!! It was originally going to take two days to get a technician out but because of the issue at hand she sent someone out today. Frank R. was at our house in no time flat to resolve our problem. He was quick, courteous & very informative. What I thought was going to be a nightmare was turned smooth sailing. Thank you guys for a job well done!!
Absolutely garbage, if there was anyway to not get gas from these people I’d stop in a heartbeat. The “technician” did a wonderful job of driving by my place and not even bothering to stop or knock or even get out of their truck to do their job. Definitely sent out that “completed service notification” real quick. But hey i don’t need hot water or anything. And yeah I can totally just wait around all day AGAIN! Cause I don’t have a job to worry about. You suck, your customer service sucks
