This gas company has helped me when I needed extensions and have waited on payments and things like that and I appreciate that they have helped me and my family and my business keep the gas on the only thing that I would change is that the people who can turn off the gas know how to turn it back on and they don't know how to turn it back on and that's weird to me so that's why I gave four stars instead of five but anyway I appreciate them helping me when I need help the most

Billing seems to a little arbitrary at times. I was just assessed a $105 security deposit fee because I had made late payments on my account. I have been a TEP Customer for over 20 years. Yes, I have had a late payment or two. Since my Dad died in 2024, I have been taking care of my elderly mother and my partially autistic brother. It has not been easy running two households. Worst ever!!! We have 3 special needs kids and when we started renting at this place the technician came out and said that because it was too hot during the time he came out that once it gets to the colder time of year to have them come back out FREE of charge to finish the job! We even called last month and the lady even said just call when we are ready because it has to be same day service!!!
