I called this office to get the gas turned on and they sent me all the way to Craig road regardless to the fact I've provided everything they request three months later I still can get the gas turned on that's a monopoly and they should no be allowed to operate if they can refuse service to who ever they want

This company sucks they discriminate I've never had gas turned on but they have had me send my lease five times it's been a month and I still can't get the gas turned on can't cook can't dry laundry and no hot water to shower and do dishes have never seen any one treated like this a foul company

Already off to a bad start. Its been two days without gas turned on. I have a gas water heater so that means i have no hot water. I expect that when i make an appointment that they show up. Day number 2 and i called their cs hotline, they said they will send someone right away and they would be there hour and a half maximum. Its been over 2 hours, its 8pm, still nobody showed up. They do this crap because they can, there isnt another gas company i can choose from. Horrible service.

Between cox, southwest gas, and nevada energy, the long time residents are being put last. These companies do not care about their people, they care about their pockets.
