After eating a heavy Thanksgiving dinner, eating ALL day and ALL night on the cruise ship and eating a big Christmas Dinner, I needed a good body detox. This was my first experience and the experience today was GREAT!! The staff was EXCELLENT, GREAT at explaining the process of what to expect, VERY Professional and the staff came to check on me several times to make sure if I was ok.
