My wife and I had appointments with Dr. Skopis on Tuesday May 14th. We arrived at the office 15 minutes early and were immediately told by the staff that our appointments were cancelled because we had not responded to the text that was sent to us. My wife showed the staff that she had indeed responded to the text however, our appointments were cancelled anyway. I took a day off from work and drove 45 miles to be at this appointment.
