Yesterday we met Dr. Jamie Alvarez. He was the most arrogant, self serving Doctor we both have ever met. My husband asked him nicely if he would write a letter for the VA of his condition to speed things along. His response was "I dont write letters". I asked him if he was a Veteran and he said NO. I told him "you could REALLY help this Veteran and MANY other Veterans by simply asking one of 15 secretary's outside to write a letter. RecommendedDr Gary Correnti once again did an amazing job! He did surgery on my back and I am 3 weeks out and it is amazing. He is the most caring and detail oriented for your health and well being. He will always be number one in my book. My life is better due to his skills as a surgeon. I HIGHLY recommend him as a neuro surgeon if you listen to him he can help you. Thank you Dr Correnti! I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis of the spine. Had a Cervical Laminectomy performed on the 21st of August by Neurosurgeon Douglas Savage, and i must say he and his staff, put me at ease and relieved a lot of added anxiety from the start. And with his continuous care, i feel very confident of a positive outcome.Thank You Southwest Florida Neurosurgical Associates.
Dr. Faunce did a Kyphoplasty on my shattered L1. He arthroscopically took all my pieces of vertebrae away and put a cement L1. I was walking an hour and half after the operation. My man child is not impressed by him or Dr. Hippolyte. He had a bulging disc after his accident where he accordioned himself with a truck while on his motorcycle. They cut off the hernia and put mesh in. I never heard of this but he is in constant pain. He is a Diesel Mechanic and needs at least 7" of foam to sleep on.

They are the best!!! Very professional & kind! After I broke my back, they are the only ones who came forward to preform the surgery, not afraid to take the risk. I was stuck in the hospital for 3 1/2 weeks & seen other doctors. Yet after I met them had the surgery & was home within a couple days. Always grateful for them!
