So, the warehouse guy - pulls the right ticket, loads the incorrect material, it gets installed. Installers realize they are short and so we order two boxes of carpet. The next week we go to pic up carpet for the next job and they realize it is not there. How is this? Then we get a call from the property from the first load we picked up and we are informed the wrong carpet is installed.
